The Viriditas Way

Wholeness, holiness, and intentional living, inspired by the wisdom of the Church and the beauty of God’s creation

Viriditas Living offers high-performance coaching, formation, and personal development from the heart of the Church, guiding entrepreneurs, leaders, individuals, and families to achieve integrated wholeness and holiness.

At the core of our work is the belief that sustained energy, mindset training, and intentionality enable a life of supernatural fruitfulness—one where you are free to make your sincere gift of self in alignment with God’s will.

A Path to Reclaiming Your God-Given Identity

From Conformism to Creativity

Life in today’s modern world often leaves us feeling overwhelmed and disconnected, caught in a culture of comparison and unhealthy competition. It’s as if the world operates like a metronome set to the wrong rhythm—pulling us away from God’s heartbeat and distancing us from the unique masterpiece He created us to be.

This world drives conformity, encouraging people to mimic others rather than embracing their God-given uniqueness.

But God doesn’t create copies; He creates unique masterpieces, each with a distinct role and contribution to the mystical body of Christ.

Angela and Bill Schnieders founded Viriditas Living to help Catholics rediscover their God-given identity, creativity, and purpose through faith-centered, high-performance coaching, and radical interior transformation.

Viriditas - The Life-giving Vitality of God Present in All Creation

Our Patron Saints and Spiritual Guides

Mary, Our Blessed Mother

The Blessed Mother’s Fiat—her courageous “yes” to God—serves as the ultimate example of surrender and trust. Through Marian Consecration, we entrust ourselves entirely to Jesus through Mary, following St. Louis de Montfort’s True Devotion to Mary.

Through her intercession, we are called to embrace our unique mission in these times, embodying gratitude, purpose, and praise as reflected in her Magnificat:

“My soul magnifies the Lord, and my spirit rejoices in God my Savior… the Mighty One has done great things for me, and holy is His name.” (Luke 1:46-49)

Her Magnificat also reminds us that we are created to be a praise of God’s glory—to live in a way that reflects His divine presence in every aspect of our lives.

Mary represents everything that is green, growing, and alive. She is the model of supernatural fruitfulness, showing us how to cultivate a life that is fully surrendered, abundantly fruitful, and deeply aligned with God’s will.

St. Hildegard, Our Patroness

As a mystic, visionary, healer, theologian, and doctor of the Church, St. Hildegard’s teachings provide a blueprint for integrated wholeness through her Seven Principles of Optimal Living. These principles emphasize rest, movement, nutrition, and prayer, guiding us toward harmony in body, mind, and spirit. St. Hildegard was a Benedictine nun and emphasized the importance of the integration of prayer, work, time in nature, and proper nutrition. Her wisdom reminds us that holistic well-being is essential for spiritual flourishing.

St. Elizabeth of the Holy Trinity, Our Guide to Interior Peace

A Carmelite mystic, Elizabeth of the Holy Trinity teaches us that peace and transformation begin within. She reminds us that we are temples of the Holy Spirit, called to abide in God’s presence and radiate His love to the world. Her writings inspire us to cultivate deep interior trust and spiritual stillness, even amidst life’s demands.

St. John Paul II’s Totus Tuus, Our Model for Surrender

The prayerful surrender embodied by St. John Paul II’s Totus Tuus, meaning “Totally Yours,” reflects complete trust in Christ through Mary. It is both a guiding principle and an invitation—to align every thought, action, and decision with God’s will, following Mary’s perfect example of obedience and surrender.

Totus Tuus shapes the way we will guide you, encouraging you to move from self-reliance to a posture of trust and collaboration with God. This deep surrender is echoed in the Surrender Novena, which calls us to release control and allow Jesus to work fully in our lives through the prayer:

"O Jesus, I surrender myself to You, take care of everything."

By embracing this mindset of abandonment to divine providence, you’ll experience freedom, clarity, and the supernatural fruitfulness that flows from walking intimately with the Lord. Letting go of striving and control opens the door to peace, trust, and the abundant life Christ promises.

At the heart of Viriditas Living is the concept of “Viriditas,” a term popularized by St. Hildegard of Bingen, a Doctor of the Church. Viriditas translates to”'greenness, lushness, fecundity” or “vitality,” symbolizing God’s life-giving force present in all creation. It represents growth, renewal, and spiritual and physical health as a reflection of the divine word or aspect of divine nature.

Viriditas is a reminder that we are called to live lives that are vibrant, flourishing, and deeply aligned with God’s will.

Together, Mary, Mother of God, and St. Hildegard anchor our mission to help Catholic leaders reconnect with God’s vitality and flourish in their unique roles within the mystical body of Christ.

Catholic Life Coaching Rooted in the

Holy Spirit

Reintegrating your life means restoring the harmony that God intended for us, aligning every aspect of life—personal, professional, and spiritual—with His divine will.

The Holy Spirit dwells in the present moment, calling us to step away from chaotic striving and into supernatural trust. It’s about reconnecting with God’s heartbeat and living in harmony with ourselves, others, and creation.

What Does Reintegration Look Like?

Restoring the Four Harmonies Broken In Eden

By addressing the disconnection between your personal, professional, and spiritual life, you will reconnect to your vitality, reintegrate your life, and embrace your God-given potential.

Through faith-centered coaching, this transformation involves looking at each part of your life:

  • Personal: Overcoming overwhelm and finding clarity about your identity and purpose.

  • Professional: Aligning your work and ambitions with your faith and values.

  • Spiritual: Deepening your relationship with God and embracing your unique role in His plan.

Just as the Benedictines played a vital role in rebuilding Western civilization after the Dark Ages through prayer, work, learning, and community, through the Father’s merciful love, you too can restore the harmonies broken in Eden—harmonies with God, ourselves, others, and nature. These foundational relationships, fractured by sin, are meant to be healed and renewed through God’s grace.

Through the Holy Trinity’s guidance, the intercession of the Blessed Mother, and a restored integration of mind, body, and spirit, you’ll embrace your God-given mission and participate in Mary’s commission of renewal and transformation for the world, living as a vital instrument of God’s glory.

“A praise of glory is a soul of silence that remains like a lyre under the mysterious touch of the Holy Spirit so that he may draw from it divine harmonies.”

- St. Elizabeth of the Trinity

Reclaim Your Health, Find Vitality and Overcome Overwhelm

Holiness is Not Possible Without Integrated Wholeness

Reclaiming your health means nurturing body, mind, and spirit to create space for Christ’s sanctifying grace. St. Hildegard’s Seven Principles of Optimal Living provide a clear roadmap for this transformation:

  • Rest: Prioritize physical and spiritual renewal to recharge your body and soul.

  • Movement: Engage in purposeful activity that mirrors God’s rhythm for your life.

  • Nutrition: Nourish yourself with foods that promote vitality and align with God’s design.

  • Prayer: Deepen your connection with God, allowing His guidance to direct your path.

We help you incorporate these principles into daily life, guiding you to overcome overwhelm, align your actions with God’s will, and live with peace, purpose, and vitality.

By integrating health with faith, you’ll grow in wholeness and holiness, becoming a vessel for God’s transformative work in the world.

Radiate God’s Glory, Live Fully

From Self-Reliance to Total Surrender

Our work is to help you move from striving in self-reliance to walking intimately with the Lord. The disposition of your heart will change and will transform your approach and how you show up.

You’ll learn to trust fully, echoing the prayer, "Jesus, I trust in You! You take care of everything!"

Your life may look the same outwardly, but the transformation within is profound: instead of doing for God, you will live with God, heartbeat-to-heartbeat, as an active participant in the divine dance.

Through St. Hildegard’s vision of harmony, Mary’s Fiat of total surrender, and the renewal brought by Christ, you will be equipped to fulfill your unique cosmic task. You will embrace your God-given potential, integrate your life, and experience supernatural joy and peace.

“The service which God requires of his true servant, the goal of the workman, the purpose of God’s soldier, is to fight for the glory of God. But the glory of God, Saint Irenaeus tells us, is the man who truly lives, the man who is fully alive… Holiness is life in its fullness. This means that God’s glory is going to be realized by the unfolding of all the potentialities he has put in our hearts. The glory of God and our fulfillment are quite inseparable…. In the measure in which we [live out our vocation] generously we shall be brought to a spiritual and human maturity which we could not have reached in any other way, and outside of which is only illusion and escape.”

Viriditas Values

A Life Aligned with Faith, Purpose, and Supernatural Fruitfulness

At Viriditas Living, our values guide everything we do. Rooted in Catholic tradition and inspired by Mary’s Fiat, we embrace a way of life that integrates faith, work, family, and mission, leading to supernatural fruitfulness, not striving.

These principles shape our coaching, teaching, and way of life, helping Catholics move beyond overwhelm and self-reliance into a life of trust, clarity, and peace.

Faith & Surrender

God’s plan is always greater than our own. True transformation happens not through self-empowerment but through surrender to His will. Inspired by Totus Tuus—"Totally Yours"—we live in trust, allowing God’s grace to work through us.

Creative Flourishing

Each of us is uniquely created to reflect God’s creativity. We embrace the call to unlock and steward our God-given gifts, using them in service to our families, communities, and the Church.

Holistic Wholeness

Life is meant to be lived in harmony—spiritually, physically, mentally and emotionally. We integrate faith with rest, movement, nutrition, and prayer, following the Seven Principles of Optimal Living from St. Hildegard of Bingen.

Legacy of Holiness

A life well-lived leaves a lasting impact. By imitating Mary’s total surrender, we strive to build faith-filled families, communities, and institutions that radiate God’s love and truth.

Faith, Family & Freedom

True freedom comes from anchoring our lives in faith and family, not from chasing worldly success. Our mission is to help Catholics structure their lives around what truly matters, ensuring that ambition never comes at the cost of peace, joy, or integrity.

Excellence & Virtue

We pursue high standards in both faith and daily life, knowing that excellence is not about perfection but about virtue. Every effort, whether in our work or our relationships, is an offering to glorify God.

Generosity & Integration

We believe in living with abundance, sustainability, and simplicity. Whether in faith, finances, or our stewardship of the earth, we strive to create spaces of wholeness where God’s presence is fully integrated into every aspect of life.

“God has placed man at the centre of the universe to be the most important of all His creatures. Admittedly man is small by his attitude, but his soul is powerful. Man’s head is turned upward while his feet are planted firmly on the ground. He has the power to set into motion both what is on the ground as well as what is in the air. Due to his inner strength, he is able to complete any work.”
